Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were incredibly spacious, very clean, and beyond comfortable, giving me a feeling of luxury in a suite. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make my experience special. The location was ideal for exploring the city's main attractions, and the dining experience felt like being in a grand living room surrounded by outstanding art. However, the dining itself was good but not exceptional.
The hotel exudes a romantic ambiance with amazing room views and a touch of Sinatra charm. The service, while unobtrusive, went above and beyond with friendly staff. Its central location is faultless for tourists, offering access to main sightseeing spots. Dining was delightful, with warm a la carte choices and a quick service. However, rooms are on the small side and the price could be a concern for some.
The hotel surpassed my expectations with outstanding art surrounding the rooms, despite not being what I initially expected. The service went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay, although the front desk staff seemed a bit unhappy. The location was perfect for accessing major tourist attractions, notably Prague Castle, and the dining experience offered a delicious array of warm a la carte choices alongside a cold buffet. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing the overall experience.
